Milton area Boy Scouts conduct paint recycling on Feb 11

If you have a house you have cans of paint.  If you have a garage you have more cans of paint.  Recently I straightened up the garage, put up some wall hangers for the bigger tools and got as much stuff off of the floor as possible.  During this process I found-and properly disposed of 15 cans of paint.

Boy Scout Troop 3000 and Milton Grows Green are hosting a paint recycling event on February 11 from 1-5.  You need to be a local resident and only a resident, not commercial paint recycling will be accepted.  If you have paint cans with any levels of paint you can bring them to the Boy Scouts of America Troop 3000 Scout Compound, located at 15770 Birmingham Highway, Milton, GA, 30004.

It costs $15 for the first 10 cans of latex or oil based paint.  This is a joint fundraiser between Boy Scout Troop 3000 and Milton Grows Green.  For more information you can email mgg@cityofmiltonga.us or visit City of Milton.
