Our Christmas holiday giveaway for 2 $50 Fandango gift cards

This December we’ve given away a handful of stuff.  I can understand why some people wouldn’t like some of the items.  Tools-you don’t do DIY.  Music/electronics-to you music peaked when The Association broke up.  (I feel you on that BTW.)  However, this giveaway is truly one that every reader can embrace.  It’s for 2-$50 gift cards to the movies courtesy of Fandango.

That’s enough to a family of four to go out to see a great PG rated film like Big Hero 6, Annie or Penguins of Madagascar.  Alternately, you can get a babysitter; go see multiple movies like The Hobbit, Exodus or Tak3n.  OK, Taken 3, while I do look forward to seeing that movie, that title, TAK3N, it’s as if a copywriter got suggestions from their teenage daughter on movie titles.

  8. I don’t have any movie in mind. I would just love the opportunity to take the grandkids to the movie theater.

  11. There are so many movies coming out in the next 6 months that I want see but the one at the top of the list is Avengers 2: Age of Ultron. If I had to choose one within the next month it would be the last Hobbit movie

  16. I want to see the new Night at the Museum movie! The first two are great and we have been anticipating the third one.

  17. Well I do want to see Taken 3 and Mad Max. I grew up watching the original Mad Max and Road warrior. I also want to see Into the woods and the new Avengers.

  19. It isn’t out yet, but it is being made a movie, and they are my absolute favorite books… I am so excited and can’t wait for it to be released – “The Bronze Horseman”

  22. Tak3n actually looks really good and I’ve seen the others in the series, but I mostly want to see the new Hobbit movie!
