How to save money with Shell and Fuel Rewards Program

We were compensated for this post, all thoughts are our own.  For now, woe is the days of $2 gas, gone with the dodo they are.  But what if you could still save .20 or more off every gallon of gas that you purchase?  It’s not fantasy and it’s actually quite simple with Shell and Fuel Rewards Network.  You can save money on gas by referring people, shopping at various cool stores like Best Buy, Home Depot Lowe’s, Bed Bath & Beyond or eating out at various local restaurants.

Shell Fuel Rewards Program

I know what you’re thinking.  I need another reward program like the cat lady on the corner needs another kitten.  Shell and Fuel Rewards Program is simple, fits in with your life, offers a variety of ways to cash in on the savings and, here’s the kicker; actually has something that we all need every week.

The vast majority of us have vehicles that need gas.  Most of those numbers are automobiles, but that could also include boats, RVs, all terrain vehicles and more.   Aside from groceries it’s the one thing that we all want to save money on.

The Fuel Rewards Program is a loyalty program that ends up saving you money on the things that you’re already doing.  Do you shop online, eat out, buy groceries, shop at Shell, use your MasterCard, use your Fuel Rewards Network MasterCard, buy gift cards or have friends that want to save money?  If you answered yes to any of those then you’re already doing it and the next time you do it without being in the Fuel Rewards Program it’ll cost you money.

It will cost you money next time because you aren’t in the Fuel Rewards Program.

Of course, if you’re in the Shell Fuel Rewards Program then you’ll earn money.  It’s real money that comes down to save your gas bill every time you put petrol in the car.

Through March 1 you can receive .20 a gallon for every friend that joins through your referral link.  You could also get those savings by spending $100 at Toys R Us, JC Penney or Olive Garden, as well as, linking your MasterCard to your Fuel Rewards account.

Outside of that date range you can save at least .05 a gallon when you shop online and save .03 a gallon if you just pull up to your local Shell station and fill up with the MasterCard that’s ascribed to your Fuel Reward Program.

Sign up is free.  Sign up is easy.  That sounds like a lame top 40 song, but it’s true.  Show of hands of people who don’t want to save money…OK, now a show of hands who doesn’t buy gas…  The Shell Fuel Rewards Program can save you cents on every gallon and that makes good sense.
