Win a $100 gift card from Fandango! #FandangoFamily #BlogPopEvents

Hey, hey, we were compensated for this post. All thoughts are our own. We love some movies in this house and have seen some really great ones over the past couple of months. Shaun the Sheep is the best family film of the year for our money. Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation is our favorite PG-13 film and the best action movie this year (so far) is Mad Mad: Fury Road. Going to the movies is a way that our family has fun and really relaxes and Fandango makes going there easier. It eliminates the need to find a seat by purchasing in advance, which makes going out with the fam less stressful. This giveaway is for two (2) $100 gift cards to Fandango to two different people.

  1. Before the crazy hits, I suggest a bike ride! That usually gets all the excess energy out!

  2. When they are on the verge of nutso, I take them to the park to run off some energy!!

  3. I just toss them out in the backyard with the dog. 😛 Lol! It lets everyone run out their energy and they all end up napping afterwards.

  4. anything that involves something messy and lots of space. preferably painting outside or something like playing with food outside. it’s something they don’t get to do all the time, so it’s a surefire way to get their energy out.

  5. There is always something to do 🙂 Go outside, read a book, play video games, watch movies / tv, go to their friends house, do chores, help cook dinner. I can always find -something-! And if the kids say they’re bored, there are plenty of chores to do… which means they are never bored 😀

  6. I set up play stations around the room and each child goes to a different area. The timer is set for 10 minutes and then they rotate to another area. Keeps them busy and keeps my sanity!

  7. How do you occupy the kids when they’re on the verge of crazy?

itsd easy..i dont have kid,so i have no idea

  8. Oh I try to organize some sort of play! We love to build forts, or play a board game! Put on a movie for us to watch!

  9. If its warn outside then I sent them outdoors to run around and get rid of some of that energy

  10. I tell thm to go outside and run around the yard, they usually figure out something to do out there.

  11. When my boys are being nuts a good wrestling match usually burns up some energy. Mom always ends up bruised though.

  12. I try to keep their minds occupied with “something else”. I give them a challenge that they have to think about and it gets them focused on something.

  13. With my grandson I either take him to the pool in my apartment complex, play board games, color/paint, or play one of his favorite DVD’s. 🙂

  14. My grandson loves to have us read to him so we get out a favorite book when he’s headed toward Crazytown!

  15. I take my grandkids to blow off steam at the local indoor amusement park or to the river we go in the summer for a swim.
