I shop at a place that sells tools to socks, #MoreAtSears #Ad

I’m the stay at home parent in our family.  Sometimes during the week a nice leisurely errand is welcome.  Those days are a blessing because more often than not I have to get what’s needed and move on before someone needs to nap, poop or get home before Curious George comes on.  Factor in that the internet can help shoppers and #MoreAtSears can make things jump like a rabbit.

On those days when our little people don’t want to go out I can still pop online and see the newest arrivals.  I feel like such a fashion maverick when I say ‘newest arrivals.’ In this case though I mean all things new, like new hand gardening tools, new movies, new baby bedding, new, new and new!

You can just check out one page and see what’s new in each category; then and dig down to what you didn’t know you couldn’t live without.

Barnel Helping Hands Clean-Up Hand Sweeper

Witness this hand clean up sweeper, I’ve never seen it till I went on the Sears website.  The product is clever, affordable and like a mini rake for your hand when you’re picking up yard debris.   Tell me you’ve never wished you had one when your picking up leaves and my name is Peggy Sue.

Sears makes products from all over the internet available in one spot.  It’s super convenient, the kiddos can keep watching Word Girl and you can remain dressed in your Scooby Doo jammies.

Baby mobile from Sears

For the weekend DIYer Sears may be known as the home of Craftsman tools.  Most Craftsman tools have a lifetime guarantee.  Lifetime, we have a pair of garden shears that our dad gave us.  When he did he said, ‘now son, these have a lifetime guarantee, so take care of em, but don’t be scared to use em either’, true story.  My dad is kind of weird about some things.  He also doesn’t like sugar maples, calls them ‘junk trees’.

Sears is also very military friendly.  They hold jobs for our military when they’re called into duty, make a concerted effort to hire the recently returned military and many other things.  My dad also told me how favorable they were to the military; then proceeded to curse out the sugar maple that’s planted down the street.

This is a sponsored post. I am a Sears blogger, though all opinions are my own.  You can follow @Sears on twitter
