Best Buy is the hot spot for the undead this Halloween pranking #ad

Technology, meet Halloween, Halloween this is technology; now let’s have this conversation in our house. Of course, Best Buy has a seat here too.  Star Wars, or at least a licensed toy from the latest movie are also talking at the table-and it’s all done in the name of good natured fun, simple to accomplish Halloween pranks that you can do around the house.

Halloween pranks take on all shapes and forms around our house. Usually it’s the low tech version of someone hiding behind a car, a simple animatronic skeleton dog or certain small people trying to conceal themselves behind something that’s ridiculously too small.  Sure all of these are fun and super cute, but they’re missing a certain gadget or two. Our favorite Halloween prank from the Best Buy page takes simple objects and turns them into moving, spooky specters that momentarily trick the mind.

Sphero makes a couple of very playful, intriguing and out of this world remote controlled balls. They roll around on the floor, pivot, turn around and do it under the guise of a normal ball and even BB 8, a droid that we’ll  see in The Force Awakens. That’s a simple Halloween prank isn’t it? All you need is a Sphero or Ollie, the smart device using the app to control them and you’re taking the scares to a mobile and fun new level.

And, the bonus is that this prank is the gift that keeps on giving. We’ve been eyeing that BB8 ever since we saw footage of it. “It’s got to be CGI”, we thought. It’s not, it’s at Best Buy, waiting for you and your smart phone to come activate it from its long, Force induced slumber.

They’ve got four other ideas too, from the Preserved Head prank to Mirror Mirror-they’re all tech based pranks that anyone can accomplish. So which one would you go for? Which one do you have the tech for? It’s a great excuse to get one of the Sphero toys, but you probably already have the rest of the things needed. Whichever boat you’re in; check out Best Buy to get all your Halloween prank needs, as well as those cool tech things that are mandatory.
