Cirque Du Soleil’s #Amaluna drops your jaw and flips the plot a little

To an extent you know what to expect from a Cirque show. The shows that Cirque Du Soleil put on are so remarkable that their first name has become an adjective that everyone knows. They can make the simple amazing and the sublime superior. Amaluna is playing at Atlantic Station through November 30 under the famed blue-and-yellow tent.

Animal Tales by Key Wilde & Mr. Clarke-it’s all ages music you want to hear

Children’s music can send shudders up the spine of people. It’s too sleepy, dopey, boring or just too much childlike to interest the children, much less the adults who are driving the car. I am a children’s music novice, but I’m learning that there is some fabulous music out there for children and the adults who will be around them when said music is on. Key Wilde & Mr. Clarke is a great example of children’s music that kids will want to listen to and that adults will (really) enjoy listening to as well.

The StoryTeller Witches #2 by Archaia continue to impress

This is the second issue of four in Jim Henson’s The StoryTeller Witches. The first one was great and I was skeptical if the second could continue the journey. It does. The StoryTeller Witches are four standalone tales of witches that are in the same vein as The StoryTeller series back in the late 80’s. Back then it was a TV show, now it’s a comic book mini-series.

Buy Costumes is helping UNICEF and doing good locally #OrangeTuesdayTour #ad

I’m part of #OrangeTuesday campaign that Buy Costumes is doing this Halloween season. As part of that tour they’re going around the country speaking to schools and donating costumes. As I go back to my 7 year old self I see me loving the fact that various video game characters got me out of class and oh-our school gets about 75 free costumes for the students.
