The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be very big in 2014. In addition to the cartoon on television the rebooted movie comes out and you’ll be hard pressed to not see a ninja turtle on a 7 year old boy. You’ll also see a flurry of games including the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Flying Attack! that we were sent for review purposes.

I received a Wahl Massager product for the purpose of this review. This post was made possible by Mom Spark Media. Thoughts are my own. I like to relax. I have a heat pad, it’s the circular thing that you microwave for: 90 and then lay on it. The new Wahl Hot/Cold Massaging Gel Pack takes the circular thing and makes it seem quaint and old school by doing two simple things.

When I first got married I discovered that my wife loved anything that had her monogram on it. That was low hanging gift fruit for a couple of years. This is part of a compensated campaign. All thoughts are 100% my own. Having said that, I really do love giving my wife and family quality gifts, it’s even better when she gives you that look like “oh, I love it!”. Yeah, so Christmas is literally just around the corner. Do not freak out if you need to get a couple more items. Don’t even freak out if you need a personalized item that will blow the socks off of that special someone. Personal Creations has some of the most unique items on the market, can personalize all of them and your wife/girlfriend or you will love them.
So, I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for #RadioShack. I received a gift card there and a promotional item as a thank you for participating. Growing up we all used to go to Radio Shack didn’t we? When I went with my father he was always looking at something that confused me and I gravitated to the diodes, transistors and circuit boards. It’s not that I understood them any more than what my father was looking at, they just seemed so much cooler.

Part of our Christmas holiday gifts this year include various things from Personal Creations. This is a sponsored post from them about my holiday memories growing up. They have a wide selection of unique holiday gifts that can be personalized for your family. Want to save 20% on your Christmas or holiday orders? Here’s a handy link that’ll allow you to do that! The story of Christmas decorations and me are like that of many men. We start out as boys loving them, go through our teens shooting them with a BB gun, forget about them in college and then start loving them again when we get married. Your story may differ a bit from mine, but I’m sure that there are some similarities.

Time magazine had an article recently on super achieving moms on Wall Street and their stay-at-home husbands. The same author did a follow up piece on her blog that broke it down even further about being a house husband to a power mom on Wall Street. Her conclusion and the comments on the Time website offer insight into both sides. They also provide a compelling argument for tort reform and a good excuse to lovingly smack any lawyer who thinks that they don’t earn enough money.
