Last year I reviewed a really unique product called Buzzworthy Baby. It’s a custom made print designed to celebrate your baby and family that can be done on print, canvas or on framed wall art. The folks at Buzzworthy Baby were kind enough to donate one print as part of #BlogPop. If you have a new baby this is one keepsake that you’ll keep forever-and it ages very well.

I don’t want a box phone from the 70’s. However there is some tech from that era that still rocks, especially with a couple improvements. Electric Football is like that. That hum. The way that the players vibrated, that hum and the fun that you and your friends yelling at the game. Tudor Games has revamped Electric Football for a new age and the results are pretty cool.

Ode to lots of tech devices that need to be charged. We have a couple Apple devices, multiple earpieces, Bluetooth speakers and Samsung devices. It’s a jungle of white and black cords. The IPEVO USB SuperCharger is the weed wacker to said jungle, streamlining 4 charging cords from its single base.
The Deck Wireless Speaker from SOL Republic has been our go-to Bluetooth speaker ever since we reviewed it. The sound is something else. When it powers up you can actually feel the bass come on because it moves the air around the bottom of the unit. We reviewed the Deck only in our first post, but now, we can give one away as part of #BlogPop. Hint: it’s awesome and the sound will really deliver.

A month ago I said that I was going to get only one of the new Guardians of the Galaxy spin off titles. Star Lord was a good start and I them made some comments about Rocket Raccoon looking too weird and not really our style. Hello crow, I’ll have a second helping, thank you very much. Later that same week we bought Rocket Raccoon #1 and immediately couldn’t wait for #2 to come out. It’s very fun series that captures the humor of the characters while being OK for relatively young readers.

I don’t read Simpsons Comics every month. I know Matt Groening and Bongo Comics would love for me to, but I have to draw my comic budget somewhere. The reason that I picked up Simpsons Illustrated #12 is that A. It’s The Simpsons and B. It’s much thicker than the monthly book for only $1 more. I’m glad that I got Simpsons Illustrated #12 because it is really funny and a bit different than the regular comic.

Wait, you said that you were listening to Spanish with your kids, what’s up? We are indeed listening to the Spanish program that Whistlefritz has, but I also want our children to know bits of French. Once you get past the pronunciation the two languages have lots in common and the best way to learn a language when you’re a child is through exposure, immersion and repetition. Whistlefritz , On Va Jouer (Let’s Play) has many of the songs that are on Allons Danser, the French for kids music CD.
